Maybe you are someone who just needs the right motivation to stay on track, or you just need clearer guidance on food choices. I will work with you to ensure you reach your objective.
Many people who try to train on their own, find it hard and give up. Others injure themselves or don’t make the progress they were expecting. Often because of an ill-designed plan or no plan.
With the right fitness plan tailored to your current abilities, you will succeed.
When a partner or friend won’t run because it’s raining, I will be there. If you get stuck in a rut at the gym, I can advise you on alternative exercises. When you have tried every diet under the sun and the weight just comes back, I can help prevent this.
I can’t say it will be easy, I can’t say it won’t hurt, but with proper help, guidance and encouragement, you can get there.
