So today was my first day of easing back into training. I was looking forward to lock down and training in my home gym.

Then I pulled my back.

Been fortunate enough to find an open Chiropractor and get myself fixed. Shoulder training today.

Keeping or getting fit is getting closer to getting back to "Normal". From March 29th we will be allowed back on the park for Bootcamp type training. From the 12th April, gyms should be open again. I
