Getting close.

Keeping or getting fit is getting closer to getting back to "Normal". From March 29th we will be allowed back on the park for Bootcamp type training.

From the 12th April, gyms should be open again.

I'm sure I'm not the only one who can't wait. As much as I enjoy the virtual sessions and I am eternally grateful for my clients who have stuck with it. You just can't beat meeting with people for real. You just don't get the same atmos over a pc or phone.

So hang in there, you have made it this far, two more weeks.
