The pain

6.75 km this morning with Sue. She left me for dead today. I was getting so much pain from my lower left back. It was more of a run/walk for me.

Nevertheless we added about 2k to our previous distance, so happy with that. Even 8min per km was about the same as normal.

We could have done quicker, or at least I could.
