When you register with me, visit this website, subscribe to marketing updates, use my services, make an enquiry, or order products or services from me, you may be asked to provide some personal data, which may include, but is not limited to:

What do I do with the data I collect?

I assume that if you are a client of MCPT, or have previously made an enquiry, that you are interested in hearing about my products and services.
I may also use your personal data to carry out research about my visitors’ and clients’ demographics, interests and behaviour. I do this to better understand my visitors, clients and potential clients. This research is compiled and analysed on an aggregated and anonymous basis.
From time to time, I may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. I may contact you by email, phone or mail.

External web services
I may use a number of external web services on the MCPTwebsite, mostly to display content within my web pages. For example, to show videos we may use YouTube and Vimeo. This is not an exhaustive or complete list of the services I use, or might use in the future, when embedding content, but these are the most common. I cannot prevent these sites, or external domains, from collecting information on your usage of this embedded content. If you are not logged in to these external services then they will not know who you are but are likely to gather anonymous usage information e.g. number of views, plays, loads etc.

My website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave my site, you should note that I do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, I cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement. Email marketing communications
Where you receive a marketing email, event invitation or other direct mailing from me, I may collect information using tracking so that we can tell how much traffic those emails send to our site and I can track, at an individual level, whether the user has opened and clicked on the email. I rarely use this information at a personal level, rather I use it to understand open and click rates on my emails to try and improve them. Sometimes I do use the personal information e.g. to re-email people who didn’t click the first time. If you want to be sure that none of your email activity is tracked then you should email me and ask to be removed from any mailing list. Other emails that I may send you have no tracking in at all, for example personal correspondence or emails with invoices attached.

You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information. Under the GDPR you have the right to:
• Request a copy of the personal information I hold about you. Please provide as much information as possible about the nature of your contact with me to help me locate your records.
• Object to certain types of processing such as direct marketing.

• Request that I delete your personal data so it is erased from my records.
• Have any inaccuracies in your data corrected.
• Object to automated processing.
